USMC is the official website of the United States Marine Corps and is a very extensive website. On the website, there are 11 major heads which are links to various sub groups like Careers in Marines, Recruitment, News, Family Life, Publications etc.

As one can see on the USMC website, the main thrust is on the life and the career of the United States Marine and carries many articles, facts, and publications on the same. It also includes the type of remuneration that is given to them and states the kind of training that they receive.

The website offers search facility on Marine corps job searches and has links to other federal jobs links and sites. It also features the links to the various ROTC with whom it has affiliations across many states and universities. The Marines and Marine reserves have been called on duty again and again and are deployed around the world to protect the peace and sovereignty of nations.
